Solis

To connect Solis inverters to Sunreport, you need to enter the username, keyId, and keySecret provided by Solis through the SolisCloud portal.

The username is that used to access the SolisCloud website, while to obtain the keyId and keySecret you need to:

1. Request API access
   • Submit a ticket to the Solis Service Center via the official website or Solis support.
   • The Solis technical support team will verify the request and forward it to the local authority.
   • The local authority will activate the API access and notify the customer.
2. Activate the APIs on SolisCloud
   • Log in to www.soliscloud.com with your credentials.
   • Go to the Services → API Management page.
   • Click Activate now to enable the APIs.
   • Click Verification code, solve the puzzle, and enter the code received by email.
   • Once activated, the API Management section will display the keyId and keySecret to be copied into Sunreport.

Finally, in Sunreport go to
Plant > Connected devices > Add new > Solis
and enter:

• Username
• keyId
• keySecret

in the corresponding fields.
