Growatt

To allow Sunreport to access the data of the plants listed on the Growatt website, you need to authorize Sunreport to read the data and enter the plant user ID in Growatt.

Before proceeding with the activation, you need to request a token from Sunreport (a secret string of several characters).

Sunreport reads data from both Growatt platforms, installer and plant user.
The access methods are similar, but the Growatt interface changes slightly.

To authorize Sunreport to read the data:

Installer platform (where a list of plants and plant users is typically present)
  1. Go to oss.growatt.com
  2. In the left menu, click on End Users
  3. Choose the user or users for whom you want to allow data reading of their plants by selecting the box to the left of each name.
If you do not know the user of the plant of interest, it can be seen in the User Name column in the plant list.
  4. Note down the usernames
  5. Click on Specify Token at the bottom
  6. Enter the token received from Sunreport and click Confirm
